How I Work
My approach
While EMDR is my primary approach, I also integrate Internal Family Systems, ACT, and Attachment Theory, all with a trauma-informed lens. This combination helps us address what's keeping you stuck from multiple angles, creating space for both relief and lasting change.
My focus
EMDR therapy is for adults who feel stuck—whether in relationships, work, creativity, or self-worth. Many of my clients discover that past experiences or traumas still impact their present lives, leaving them anxious, disconnected, or unable to move forward. EMDR helps free up those blockages so healing and growth can happen.
My communication style
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative—clients often describe me as compassionate, intelligent, and easy to talk to. I work with you to create an environment that feels both safe and inspiring so the therapy can be as effective as possible.
In-person and Remote Options
My office is conveniently located in downtown Claremont, California. Can’t make it into the office? No worries—I’ve got you covered with teletherapy.
My practice operates on a private-pay basis, and I do not accept insurance. However, I am happy to provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Let me know if you need information about sliding scale options.

EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) an evidence based therapy that identifies stuck memories and through bilateral stimulation, helps your brain digest them, the way the body heals a wound. What once felt overwhelming and tangled becomes integrated. The pull from your past relents. The story shifts from something that controls you to something you’ve moved through.
When your past is no longer driving, you have more room to choose. More space to respond rather than react. More freedom to move forward with intention, clarity, and passion.
